With the unprecedented inflationary pressure in raw materials, packaging and transportation cost,
Howard Lighting Products is announcing a general price increase for all lighting products in the
range of 4% to 10% effective April 28, 2008. All existing customer price sheets and quotes will be
reviewed. New price quotations will be subject to these increases.
All orders shipped prior to April 28, 2008 will be honored at the current price levels. Orders received
after April 25, 2008 will be invoiced at the new price levels. Previously quoted projects will be
honored as per the original quoted terms and conditions.
New price schedules will be sent to you in the near future. Please contact your local Howard
Lighting representative for details. Howard Lighting is committed to aggressive cost reduction
