Howard Industries announced that it recently acquired a 200,000 square-foot facility formerly owned by Delphi and located near Howard's Distribution Transformer Facility. After completion of a 125,000 square-foot expansion project to begin later this year, the facility will house the distribution transformer division's coil winding and processing operations. Upon completion of the Delphi expansion, Howard's distribution transformer facilities will total over 2.3 million square feet.
