Howard Industries Transformer Division has just announced the introduction of its new line of 32-step voltage regulators. The new line of regulators will be manufactured at the company's Laurel, Mississippi facility, with production to begin by the end of the 1st quarter of 2004. Both distribution and substation class regulators will be offered.
The Howard line of voltage regulators will be available in the following range of capabilities:
• Type: Single-phase, 50 or 60 Hz
• Voltage: 2500-19920 V
• Current: 50-1665 A
• KVA: 50-833
• BIL: 60-200 kV
Design and construction of these new regulators will set new standards for accuracy, reliability, and ease of operation. Howard designers are responding to customer requests for a complete regulator package with "best-of-class" features.
